This is the "official" name of The Dark Mod team.
As BGS is not a commercial developer, but a hobbyist developer, we don't think of the name as a company name. It's more the name of a hobbyist developer club.
Though BGS also has no official logo, you can see some concepts for a BGS logo at this link.
