Wiki spammers

Hi, after a quick look through the user list on this wiki, I see a lot of entries that look like typical spambots, f.i.:

1. User:Liuhecai001, User:Liuhecai002 etc.
2. User:Bgb818, User:Bgb88 etc.
3. User:Www.ab666.cn

In fact, almost half of the users look like spam accounts, probably registered in advance to spam later.

I think it would be a good idea to:

• block/delete these user accounts
• upgrade the wiki software to the latest version
• install some Spamblock/Captcha/ConfirmEdit extensions
