Giant Spiders

Spiders can grow to an astonishing size, sometimes reaching the weight of a small dog. Many varieties of these arachnid creatures are poisonous. They generally live in burrows dug into the ground, or in underground caves.

Stories talk of a breed of demonic spider that lives in deep, unholy places underground. It has a malevolent cunning, and lays its eggs in human corpses.
